Support for 32 height devices

I have a device that is supposed to support 64 lines, but displays much better when asked for 32 lines.

I don't plan any significant new development for mpd_oled, and so 32px height display areas will not be supported.

However, I have been writing a new program to replace mpd_oled, and this program has configurable display areas and works with different resolution screens, and when this program is available (no date) you should be able to use it to display a 32px height area on your display.
