Include continuous integration via github actions and validate the steps: lint, build, test.

Configure linter appropriately;
Include unit tests where it makes sense;
Validate production build parameters;
Include continuous integration validating all these steps;
Validate the possibility of including continuous deployment (versioning, building and committing);
Lock master for builds that did not pass CI.
