Feature request: interactive mode - collapse from anywhere within child

Right now to collapse you need to be on the node you are collapsing itself. A really convenient behavior I have seen in some other projects is that if the node you are highlighting is already collapsed, a collapse will instead collapse the parent.

Collapsing n levels would then take n h or left keystrokes, as opposed to up up up up left up up up up up up left up up left.
