滑块slider组件可支持y轴

• I have searched the issues of this repository and believe that this is not a duplicate.

What problem does this feature solve?

当单条y轴存在多个点挨得过近时，在图例上会只展示一个数值，分辨不出各个点对应的值，需要鼠标hover出现tooltip才能分辨。

故像加上纵向的slider，可以调节展示区间。

What does the proposed API look like?
