面积堆叠图Y坐标轴的min值为非0时，图表内容会超出坐标轴区域 #4152

如图所示，设置Y轴min值为1000，整体图表下移并超出了X轴的底线

EChartsd的堆叠图没有这个问题

设置 limitInPlot = true。

new Chart({
  // ...
  limitInPlot: true,
})
