Version: 4.2.10

slider功能需求:
期望: Slider组件直接通过滑动图表来进行数据的展示，不一定需要推动slider滑块来改变数据。
就跟echarts的datazoom的type设置为inside能够通过滑动图表来切换数据

Scroller功能需求:
希望能够直接滑动图表来滚动，不一定需要滑动scroller滚动条来滚动，切换数据
