问题描述

G5 版本的 Column 图 Tooltip 必须 hover 到数据 bar 上才会出现，而 G4.x 就可以

image G2 5.x 版本之后鼠标 hover 那一列不会出现 tooltip 了，而 4.x 可以，这样导致如果存在数据为 0 的时候，hover 不会出现 tooltip
