Feedback from Itzik: Time saving suggestion: after submitting a step, it will be very helpful if the scrubber will automatically move the start to be the previous step's end (it will avoid having to move it manually multiple times when the end one is already there).

add a new button: add and advance

left frame => action end frame + 1
right frame => next keyframe from action end frame + 1
