Creating Refined Initial Mesh: mesher, oceanmesh, etc

Perhaps we should look into using mesher, https://github.com/Chrismarsh/mesher as an alternative to using triangle to create mesh.

Actually mesher does use triangle and gmsh under the hood.

@stoiver , that's interesting, I'll have a look at that. So at the moment anuga generates a .msh from a CSV dem. How do you get anuga to read an externally generated mesh file? The same way as reading in an external Manning roughness grid?

@PetarMilevski you can use anuga.Domain(points, triangles) to create a domain. Setting up the boundary is a little tricky but doable.
