3.5 Cloud Infrastructure Required State refers to RA1: Chapter 5 Interfaces and APIs but the table in RI1 3.5 is not consistent with the RA1 Ch05 Elbrus and Master. If this needs to refer to a prevous release then the text and link should point to the previous releases.

Later in RI1 3.8 Interface and API for Reference Implementation 1, the RI1 implementation API versions are listed -- they can be different from the RA1 specs, as RI1 maybe implementing an older version of RA1.
