Slow build/ hot reload in webpack. Migrate to vite.

• Slow build & development time in webpack
• hot reload takes 2-3 sec
• Vite is much better and faster solution
• Vite is easy to integrate with tailwind

Note : Make sure that it isn't affecting the build size. you can check the current build size by running "yarn build" and use it as a benchmark before trying out vite.
