net-misc/networkmanager is not in our overlay so this is a Gentoo bug?

Using https://github.com/anyc/steam-overlay/blob/master/games-util/steam-launcher/steam-launcher-1.0.0.59.ebuild which is https://github.com/anyc/steam-overlay/blob/master/games-util/steam-launcher/steam-launcher-1.0.0.56.ebuild and if runtime is not used it installs games-util/steam-client-meta (

>=games-util/steam-client-meta-0-r20141204[steamruntime?]
) which depends on network-manager[abi_x86_32] ( ). -> Overlay issue?

Solved, networkmanager is missing readline/ncurses with 32-bit libs to compile, possibly readline[+utils] required, possibly ncurses[+tinfo] required.

Okay but again, that's not our problem. I may be an official Gentoo dev but networkmanager is not my package.
