The orange in the Excel version 001.

rdf:type indicates concepts which I wondered if they were strictly 'procedures'. In the green book, if you have access to, you will see that their descriptions contain some information required to carry out the narrower procedures - ie the will tell you how to handle chemicals, steps that must be taken prior to conducting narrower procedures, why you would select one procedure over another in certain conditions, how to interpret results etc.

I have them as sosa:Procedure, skos:Concept.

I'm just noting this here as an issue and how I have addressed in v 001.

That should be OK.
skos:Concept is the 'SKOS-view' or classification of this term.
sosa:Procedure is the 'SOSA/O&M view' or classification of the term.
They can co-exist just fine (because RDF is like that!)
