Modify table structure in receiver page to be identical to the one in the receiver recovery page

Go to the receiver list page. Click on the i icon next to any receiver ID in that list.
In the table on the next page (for instance this receiver), no receiver deployment or recovery location information is available.

Any receiver page should hold the same table as the one on the receiver recovery list page, which lists both the receiver deployment and recovery locations.
