更新后，在remote下翻页会导致页滚动条不在开始位置 #113

remote ssh下，远程安装zreader，打开小说某一章，拉滚动条到最下方，然后翻页下一章的时候，滚动条不会回到最上方。
本地无问题，之前版本好像也没问题

刚试了一下 没有复现

目标系统是linux，可以在任何一个云服务器上试一下，我刚才新开一个debian服务器，什么也没装，vscode远程登录，加载zreader，到在线随便选一个小说，随便选一个章节，下拉到底然后按方向键右换页，完美复现bug

我之前有个树莓派，一直是远程连上去用zreader，之前也没问题。更新后也出现一样的问题，系统是raspi-os
