If you just want to access the source code, but you don't want to do any development for now, you can follow these instructions. The /developerguide/index has instructions for those wishing to do development work with the code.
Released versions of the code can be downloaded from the /downloads page. If you want to follow the development branch of the code see the instructions in /developerguide/gitwash/following_latest.
