best prctices MVC4/webapi/knockout

would you mind to describe or to point to a url where a best practices (folder structure, use of knockout templates, javascript async gui, etc) are described for a visual Studio MVC4/webapi project.

What about transitions for Single Page applications.

BootMetro like it's base Twitter Bootstrap, is only a web framework that you can use in your apps. Dynamic behavior with a server is left up to you to implement. There too many frameworks client and server side to provide guides for all of them.
