Is your feature request related to a problem or challenge? Please describe what you are trying to do.

Generation of release PRs is unfortunately still manual even though it can be automated using GitHub APIs.
Describe the solution you'd like

Write a bash script to automate generation of release PRs.
Describe alternatives you've considered
