[Packaging] Provide APT and Yum repositories #17381

We have .deb and .rpm packages.
Here are needed information to provide APT and Yum repositories:

  • PGP key to sign packages
  • Upload location

No.
We don't provide the "official" APT and Yum repositories yet.

We only have "unofficial" APT and Yum repositories on packages.red-data-tools.org.

Not sure. Perhaps we can search if any other projects have provided deb/rpm packages outside of the mainline Linux package managers
