aws kamelets, specially source one relay on some form of polling to function. The frequency of the polling is configurable with some sort of delay parameter. Since that can directly affect costs for the end user of the kamelet I think would be a nice idea to make it possible to be configurable.

Originally the request was for aws-s3-source kamelet and the used camel component already expose a delay parameter that need to be exposed by the kamelet as well. But I tough the same reasoning could be applied to other aws kamelets as well
