APP_INITIALIZER not working in Cordova Angular app

Hi

I am converting Angular app into Android apk. When I am using APP_INITIALIZER in app.module.ts after building apk is showing blank screen. When I am commenting APP_INITIALIZER its working and showing Welcome message.
