Automatically create Mango indexes

Just throwing the idea...

I was wondering if it could be possible to create the index whenever a query is made. This could be an option within CouchDB whenever it receives a query and can't find an index, it would create it.

What do you think?

I'm updating this ticket to indicate it'd be for Mango indexes (since that's the only situation in which we'd have a chance of knowing the exact index necessary.)

As the label says, patches are welcome.
