As a observability engineer I would like to integrate de Devlake with ArgoCD

We need to integrate the tool with ArgoCD to have metrics from our teams

Hi @gustavoazro, thanks for opening this issue and linking to #2585. Do you think you could tell us more about the metrics you want from ArgoCD?

I need the metrics for calculate the DORA dashboard, since we use it as a CD tool, I don know which exactly they are to be honest.
I think the correct is to say that I need a plugin to integrate it, is this make sense?
