Currently keys are serialized into ByteBuffer when being aggregated and deserialized back when StreamingMergeSortedGrouper.iterator(). This can cause unnecessary serde because ParallelCombiner generates a tree consisting of StreamingMergeSortedGroupers. The deserialization is necessary only at the root of the tree.
