Description

Based on the requirements of https://www.apache.org/legal/resolved.html#optional and the characteristics of the InLong project, this issue will analyze the third-party components that each module depends on, and sort out their licenses according to the requirements of the Apache project

Due to a large amount of content involved, we will organize them one by one according to the modules, and then adjust them based on the project.

Regarding the issue of third-party dependency sorting, we have completed 2 rounds of sorting, and it is clear that the project deliverables do not carry third-party dependencies that do not conform to Apache policy[1] and we need close this issue.

Of course, this status will change with everyone's revisions. We have mastered the processing method, for each subsequent PR submission and review, each time the version is released, we will focus on reviewing this content to avoid new problems introduction
