What happened

In InLong-dashboard, we expect that a user with an admin role could query all InLong group information and stream information, but actually, I found the user can only find some InLong group information and stream information which Owners include their own.

What you expected to happen

a user with an admin role could query all InLong group information and stream information.

How to reproduce

Just access InLong home page and sign in with another admin user.
