In the current version, the inlong manager first creates a global pulsar admin through the configured URL when creating the pulsar admin, and then looks for the DNS used in pulsar initialization. If /etc/hosts on the host of the inlong manager does not configure the DNS of the pulsar, an unknown host error will be reported. Instead, the configured URL should be used to create a pulsar admin directly.
