libmxnet.dll unable to load with python 3.8 - win10

Unable to find module '...\site-packages\mxnet\libmxnet.dll'. Try using full constructor syntax

To Reproduce

Install python 3.8, run pip install mxnet-cu101
run import mxnet

What have you tried to solve it?

Installing python 3.7, it's now working

Notes:

• It is working on python 3.8 with the non-cuda version.

• Changes have been made for how dll's should be loaded since 3.8: https://docs.python.org/3/library/os.html#os.add_dll_directory
