Remove Consul from "The Internal flow of processing" section diagram in about.md

Consul has been removed from OpenWhisk: #2452

The diagram here still shows Consul: https://github.com/apache/incubator-openwhisk/blob/master/docs/about.md#the-internal-flow-of-processing

If there is a source file for the diagram, I can send a pull request.
If just cutting out Consul is acceptable, I can do that also instead of needing the source.

It would be nice to renumber the nodes also. @markusthoemmes might have the source.

How's this for the diagram I created in draw.io? If the numbering is right, I'll send a PR with the source file and PNG (all the logos etc are vector)
