Follow this checklist to help us incorporate your contribution quickly and easily:

As explained in other discussion, there is no need to put up a notices directory which will increase end user burden on collecting legal information.

Coverage remained the same at 87.183% when pulling 41bb411 on yangbor:master into dab580c on apache:master.

We need to remove the duplicated copyright of ASF products.
I will commit a quick fix for it shortly.
