[STREAMPIPES-477] CLI logs service optional

The CLI provides the feature to print logs of containers defined in the current env.
Currently, the service name is required which needs some knowledge...

Approach

Remove error message if value is not given

cool, that's a useful feature!
Can you please add the change to the new location of the installer at [1] into dev? We will archive this repo after the next release and use the incubator-streampipes project for a single release of core, extensions and installer.
