Testing code coverage report issue

Recently, I generated a test coverage report. The line coverage is down to about 60%. The report is uploaded to coveralls here: https://coveralls.io/builds/46247974.

I notice something wrong with the report. Some lines should be covered but not shown in the report. Still no idea what cause this issue.
