Description

When I use dataproxy-sdk to push data, it's log shows dataproxy ip is empty。So I hava to write the dataproxy ip to inlong-mananger's background database manually。

Use case

When dataproxy is started, it's ip could be registerd to inlong-manager automatically。

Are you willing to submit PR?
