[Improve][TubeMQ] Add registered partition information printing

Description

In BaseConsumer::getConsumeReadStatus(), when getting the partition information for the first registration, there is only clientId in the log and no partition information to be registered, which will cause the record to be unable to distinguish the registration target.

This issue is improved by adding partition information to be registered and outputting it to the log.
