Description

The parent issue is: #5745

After DataProxy receives the reported data, it needs to check the data reporting time field(HEADER_KEY_MSG_TIME) carried in the message, if not, it will be supplemented with the local time. the value of this field will be reported to the Audit module together with the count of message items for data statistics.
