Description

The parant issue is : #6607

The Manager module needs to support setting the report-to field in the groupId related attributes, and provide relevant information when the Agent obtains the task: if it is reported to DataProxy, it needs to inform the Agent which reporting method to use; if it is reported to MQ, it needs to provide Corresponding MQ cluster and Topic configuration information
