What happened

  1. There is a problem in obtaining the path of opentelemetry-javaagent.jar in dataproxy.
  2. Observable service is forced on, which is not configurable.
  3. Default otlp export address is missing.
  4. The absence of the export protocol of logs makes it impossible to report it remotely.

What you expected to happen

  1. Correctly identify the path of otel-javaagent.
  2. I can configure whether to enable observable service.
  3. There is a default otlp export address is missing.
  4. Logs can be exported to the endpoint.

How to reproduce

Restart dataproxy.
