Besides Text Message , JMS Publisher provides :

Map Message
Object Message
Bytes Message

We should also be able to send:

Map Message

A simple and flexible way would be to start by providing a way to use a JMeter Variable that could be built in a PreProcessor.
Sampler would use it.
