Similar to #106

I think it's impossible to address. Just wanted to raise an issue for a heads-up.

In old issues sometimes bare source code or patches are embedded in issue descriptions or comments without proper {code} markup. This often causes disasters in Markup but no way to fix it to me.

For example,
