Ask for help: OpenDAL needs an Oracle Cloud account/bucket to develop/test OCIOS

There has been a long-term request to add OCIOS support for OpenDAL. However, our team has been unsuccessful in registering an Oracle Cloud account. Therefore, I have created an issue requesting assistance from our community.

If you

• Are interested in accessing OCIOS through OpenDAL
• Are a user of Oracle Cloud (Or better yet, you are an employee of Oracle Cloud.)

Please contact us to find a solution that can help us develop the ocios support and setup integration tests in CI.

happen to see this issue, I do have an oracle account, it seems to have an always free object storage quota, maybe I can help with that CI account and functionality development
