Hi, i've a question about TTL and Quota policies applied to a namespace.
According this documention about TTL and this about backlog quota, i would like to know, for a message that is already in the backlog, is new ttl and backlog policies applied to them after a set-ttl or set-quota-policy ?
It seems that works for non existing/present messages in the backlog but don't work for already stored messages.
Thank's for your help
