[Bug] [CI] Dead Links checker failure

• I had searched in the issues and found no similar issues.

What happened

Currently, the Markdown Link Checker flags the SeaTunnel twitter website links as broken links.
Related:

• link check returns 403 for Intel websites tcort/markdown-link-check#285 (comment)
• Links to sites that have DDoS protections are marked as failed tcort/markdown-link-check#109 (comment)

I perfer to use <!-- markdown-link-check-disable-line --> or add a new ignore pattern to fix.
