feat: drop missing columns control

SUMMARY

add a new control: Drop missing columns.
If this 1)option is checked and 2) all values in a column are null, this column will drop. The default value is uncheck, -- don't drop NA columns

Checking this control will skip some of the calculation in pivot operator, thus speeding up the pivot calculation.
