Actually, this will not provide more space on the board for I/O. Addtional I/O
would
require addtional layers to be added to the board and a new I/O connector would
need
to be added. This would result in the I/O conenctor not being comapatible and
the
board cost would increase due to the addtional layers. In addtion using microSD
cards will remove the slot from being used by a lot of full size SD cards on
the
makrket.
