risk since posterior variances converge to the steady state
values. Is this time-variation also state dependent ? Note that the
symmetry in the way the transition matrices are constructed under
each model makes the conditional variance of the posterior
independent of the state.
\item With ambiguity the agents additionally tilts the outcome of
learning towards the Persistent model in low endowment states and
vice versa.

Next I plot the market price of risk under the Benchmark and ambiguity . The figure shows two facts clearly, the market price risk is higher and countercyclical with ambiguity.
