In reference to #3 I think 3D NFTs can be a really promising way to engage people as we do the AOL launch. Probably to start we don't need to do a full NFT drop but even just a demo on aol.gg would be cool. Ideally we have something like this https://jeeliz.com/demos/weboji/demos/threejs/raccoon/ on the homepage.

Maybe you need to pay for these NFTs with AOL? Or you need to be an AOL/Modem holder to be eligible for the first drop?

Thoughts/ideas?

By the way we could likely use 2 more people at least--someone with 3D animation expertise and someone with face tracking expertise

Maybe we use some or one these as a base?
