So this happens when you try to use the CLI? I see you are not using the npx command, maybe you just have outdated version installed globally? You should prefer the npx crawlee way, it will automatically update the dependency (ask you to update it to be precise).

Just verified, and the CLI works fine if you use the npx command and latest versions, so moving to discussions, probably just something wrong with your environment.

I have the same issue. And indeed, I'm behind a firewall.
Under Windows, I set the environment variables in this way:

SET HTTP_PROXY=http://PROXY-SERVER:PORT
SET HTTPS_PROXY=%HTTP_PROXY%

But I still have the error:

In China，raw.githubusercontent.com is resolved to 0.0.0.0，so we usually use a proxy.

In the CreateProjectCommand.ts file:
import { get } from 'node:https';
But it seems that nodejs doesn't support HTTP_PROXY and HTTPS_PROXY.

I did a simple test:
