Modularize the code structure for Catalog and API backend.

User story

As an Apinf architect / developer
I néed project to be structured in a consistent and predictable way
so that code structure is aligned with business structure (EPICs) and maintainability is enhanced

Definition of done

  • Catalog and API backend code is moved to route level
  • Restructure subfolders around Meteor framework
