Add sorting option to Catalog top bar

Add drop down menu and functionality for sorting the API catalog

User story

As an Apinf user
I want to sort the catalog based on API popularity, recency, name (alphabetical order)
so that it is easier to find interesting APIs.

Definition of done

• User can use a drop-down men to sort the catalog view by
  • popularity (bookmarks)
  • recency (when added)
  • name
  • backend
  • rating
• User can toggle the sorting: ascending or descending order
• The selected sorting order remains, if user toggles to the other catalog view (e.g. from card to table view)
