Add a field for a documentation link to the API backend collection

The API backend collection (and the corresponding form) should contain a field for adding a link to API documentation, in case the API owner has such documentation.

Definition of done

• Add documentation URL field to API backend schema
• Use simple schema URL regex to validate URL.
